(D) A prosecution for any violation of this segment doesn't preclude a prosecution of a violation of every other part of the Revised Code. a number of functions, a number of acts, or maybe a program of actions that may be prosecuted beneath this section or any other segment on the Revised Code may be prosecuted underneath this section, the other pa
